A struggle, uprising outbreak, or disaster is in progress. Someone needs to take charge and lead a combined force, but whom? Who is brave, and intelligent enough to be a leader in times of crisis? There is no magical or strange place where these people come from. No one is born a hero: they are taught. They rise to the challenge when they are ready. Where there is disagreement, there is sure to be a hero among the affronted. Daw Aung San Suu Kyi is one of these people.

Aung San Suu Kyi is a Burmese pro-democracy leader and Nobel Peace award winner she has come to be a symbol of the battle of the Burma’s people to be free. She spent more than 15 years in detention and was released 13th November 2010 after her third period of detention.
